Eng. Maryam Al-Balooshi is the first Arab expert in the field of Aviation Environment started in 2006, to become the founder of Aviation Environment in UAE and the region. One of the First expert in the world seconded to the Department of Environment in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO-UN) in 2010. UAE Official member in the Committee of Aviation Environment Protection (CAEP-ICAO) since 2016, and became the Vice Chair of the CAEP in 2023. Regional Chair and founder of Aviation Environment committee for Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO) in 2010. State Lead Negotiator for Aviation Climate Change and State COP member since 2010. Environment Manager at the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of United Arab Emirates since 2010.

Maryam is an Author launched up to date 7books. A Columnist A Calligraphist, In 2020, selected by Van Cleef and Arpels for the first time ever in their history to introduce a calligraphy artwork based on the region’s values marrying their values as well introducing “The flowers of Values” artwork. In 2021 Collaborated with BMW in creating a story art work to present the limited edition of X7 for UAE 50 Anniversary.
