Blandine Ferrier works for the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as Environmental Officer. Ms. Ferrier worked for 10 years at the ICAO Headquarters in Montreal Canada where she was the Coordinator for the States Action Plan Initiative and the ICAO Assistance projects on environment. She served as well the Secretary of the ICAO CAEP WG2 on Airport and Operations.  

In 2017, Ms. Ferrier joined the ICAO European and North Atlantic Office as Environment Officer responsible for all the environment matters, which include States Action Plan, CORSIA, and Sustainable Aviation Fuels and the related capacity building activities for the 56 States of the EUR/NAT Region and the 24 States Western Africa and Central Africa WACAF Region.
