Dr. Azzam Qari is an accomplished engineer who holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio, United States. He continued his education with a Ph.D. in Engineering Project Management from Canada, specializing in Sustainable Development Assessment of Airport Fuelling System Projects.

In 2001, Dr. Qari commenced his career in the aviation fueling sector in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with APSCO (ExxonMobil) Aviation. His dedication and outstanding performance led him to become Chief Executive Officer of Fuels & Lubes at APSCO. He oversees the strategic alliance between APSCO and ExxonMobil in Saudi Arabia and other markets, managing Mobil lubricant business. Additionally, he leads one of the largest lube oil blending plants in the Middle East, with a global reach that extends through distributorship networks.

Dr. Qari directs more than 200,000 aviation operations annually for over 33 airports and locations, with a staff of over 500 employees. His expertise in aviation fueling spans multiple facets, including engineering, project management, marketing, and technical support. As a board member of various joint ventures in the aviation fueling industry, Dr. Qari has been pivotal in their implementation and success, earning him the additional role of CEO within these entities.
