Mr Bekkouche is a senior officer appointed by the French DGAC participating in the international cooperation program of DGAC for Middle East and South-Asia. He has a long experience in the field of civil aviation and a solid working experience within French DGAC as a legal advisor, cooperation project manager, including experience as an expert involved in Air law development. He has a good knowledge of ICAO and an excellent knowledge of European framework. He took part in several international cooperation activities including EU twinnings and bilateral cooperation projects.
